ALL HEARINGS AND RENT BOARD MEETINGS ARE CANCELLED DUE TO STRIKE

All hearings and rent board meetings set for 12/5 through 12/8 are cancelled due to a strike by City of Oakland employees.

NEW DROP IN HOUR SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE 11/10/17

There will be a NEW drop in hour schedule starting November 10, 2017. Mondays & Wednesdays from 9am-12 noon (closed in the afternoons). Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10-12noon & 2-4pm. Fridays will be CLOSED. If you have any questions please call the office at (510) 238-3721

NEW-Owner Workshops

Staff will conduct question and answer workshops about the recent changes to the Rent Ordinance and Regulations or other concerns that property owners may have. The workshops are open to all residential property owners and managers. CLICK LINK FOR MORE INFORMATION
